On 10 April, the workshop “Massifying Condominium Renovations: Replicating the CoachCopro and CondoReno Models” will take place at the Forum Habiter Durable in Paris. The event is co-organized by EBC, the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI), and the Agence Parisienne du Climat (APC), partners within the framework of the CondoReno project.
The Forum Habiter Durable is organized by the Agence Parisienne du Climat and is the go-to gathering for property owners and condominium managers regarding condominium renovations in the Greater Paris Metropole.
The CondoReno workshop aims to promote the energy renovation of condominiums by highlighting the essential role of one-stop shops (OSS) as strategic tools. The focus will be on identifying decisive moments in the renovation journey and how to engage key stakeholders. During the exchange, local sector representatives will have the opportunity to share their views and experiences on the subject.
During this 90 minute workshop, Florence Cannesson, Project Officer for Energy Renovation, Urban Planning, and Heritage, CAPEB (Confédération de l’Artisanat et des Petites Entreprises du Bâtiment), will take part in the “Roundtable – Renovating Condominiums: Why Engaging Stakeholders Makes All the Difference”, next to representatives of the Union Nationale de la Propriété Immobilière UNPI, the Association of large real estate management and transaction companies PLURIENCE and the Agence Parisienne du Climat.
EBC is a partner of CondoReno, an EU-funded project under the LIFE programme. The project, led by the Dutch Technical University of Delft, coordinates and supports the creation of six integrated home renovation services for buildings co-owned by multiple private homeowners in the Netherlands and Flanders (Belgium).
